Our aim is to provide customers with a high
quality service.
While a commerce service with FIND4CLOSE.COM, a brand of Admil,
LLC, will provide you with exciting new business opportunities,
it also brings with it certain obligations.
This Acceptable Use Policy is intended as a guide to using our
service, including your responsibilities, and an outline of what
FIND4CLOSE.COM considers unacceptable and prohibited use of the
service. Please read this document together with Your written
Agreement (if applicable) with FIND4CLOSE.COM for a complete overview
of your obligations.
Definitions:
"Member"
A person using FIND4CLOSE.COM to purchase goods and/or services.

An online real estate research service provided to you by Admil,
LLC
"We/FIND4CLOSE.COM"
FIND4CLOSE.COM; a trading division of Admil, LLC, company number
SC 192666, registered office Dalmore House, 310 St Vincent Street,
Glasgow, G2 5BB, Scotland
"You"
The merchant who has bought the FIND4CLOSE.COM service

Your Obligations and Responsibilities:
1. You must comply with the following documents:
- This Acceptable Use Policy;
- any associated Acceptable Use Policies and Conditions of Use
regarding FIND4CLOSE.COM;
- any Conditions of Use or Acceptable Use Policies for other FIND4CLOSE.COM
services which You may have purchased, or purchase in the future,
or those of any other Internet service provider whose services
You are using.
- FIND4CLOSE.COM may revise this Acceptable Use Policy, its Conditions
of Use or other Acceptable Use Policies at any time at its sole
discretion, and Your use of FIND4CLOSE.COM following such revision
will constitute Your acceptance of such revised terms.
2. You are Your Shoppers' point of contact for all queries and
problems connected with their use of the service. This includes
responsibility for any problems relating to refunds, delivery
of products and charges applied to Shoppers' credit cards.
3. You are responsible for:
- ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the content of Your
Commerce web site;
- entering accurate information regarding the products and services
offered on Your Commerce web site;
- compiling the terms and conditions of shopping for Your Commerce
web site which You shall make available on the site;
- using Your best endeavors to promptly fulfill orders made by
a Shopper and deliver all products ordered by a Shopper to that
Shopper;
- checking the accuracy of orders and prices submitted by Shoppers
via Your Commerce web site;
- complying with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes,
but is not limited to, - complying with the Data Protection Act
1998, regarding all information received, stored or communicated
through the use of Your Commerce web site.
4. You must not make available any product or content which is
defamatory, in breach of any third party intellectual property
right (including copyright) or in breach of any other third party
right.
5. You must not harm (or attempt to harm) the integrity, security
and/or availability of the FIND4CLOSE.COM network.
6. Any password(s) which We supply You with (if applicable) and
any employee password(s) You create to use FIND4CLOSE.COM are
Your responsibility and should not be disclosed to any unauthorized
person. Failure to protect Your password(s) may make You liable
for any losses You incur if they are misused.
7. You must not offer or distribute any of the following products
or services:
software for sending "spam" (bulk emails, excessive
news postings, etc.);
lists of email addresses, except where all the addresses' owners
have given their explicit permission.
8. When the public visits Your Commerce web site they must see
a clearly readable warning page before any offensive or adult
material is displayed.
Limitations of FIND4CLOSE.COM's Liability
9. FIND4CLOSE.COM is not liable for:
- the content and/or information stored on Your web site, or any
laws or regulations which Your web site and/or products may breach;
- the configuration of Your store on Your web site;
- the products advertised by You or sold directly, or indirectly,
through Your web site, including any legal action taken against
you regarding any illegal products and/or services. You indemnify
FIND4CLOSE.COM against any such action;
- loss of any data, information or transactions. FIND4CLOSE.COM
takes every measure to ensure data stored on FIND4CLOSE.COM servers
is preserved intact, including daily backup procedures, however
FIND4CLOSE.COM cannot guarantee to preserve your critical records
and insists you take measures to retain copies of relevant data;
- any financial loss whatsoever which You may suffer as a result
of using FIND4CLOSE.COM or due to FIND4CLOSE.COM's suspension
of a commerce service;
any unpaid debts which You may have from using FIND4CLOSE.COM;
- any refunds or credits which may become due to Your Shoppers
from using FIND4CLOSE.COM.
General
- 10. FIND4CLOSE.COM will enforce sanctions it deems appropriate
against any of its customers whose commerce web sites infringe
upon or breach this Acceptable Use Policy (or any of the other
documents listed in clause 1 above). Such sanctions may include,
but are not limited to, a formal warning, barring or suspending
the customer's commerce web site, suspension of access to the
FIND4CLOSE.COM Site, or termination of the customer's account(s).
If a suspension of access to the FIND4CLOSE.COM Site is imposed,
it may be lifted at the sole discretion of FIND4CLOSE.COM, and
only if the original problem has been rectified, and the offending
party understands FIND4CLOSE.COM's policies must not be breached.
11. FIND4CLOSE.COM reserves the right to remove any material from
a commerce web site at its sole discretion, without prior notice
and without explanation.
12. Decisions made by FIND4CLOSE.COM in relation to Your use of
a commerce service is final.
